Hi, I’m Amanda.
I’m a publishing strategist, and my work with Substack creators is focused on clarity, strategic insight and audience connection. In my ongoing engagements, I meet regularly with a select group of creative entrepreneurs, writers and authors to explore dynamics like a publication’s rhythm, audience resonance and subtle signals in the data. As a strategic partner and trusted sounding board I can help you consistently publish meaningful work that blends with your vision, audience and long-term goals.
Whether you're looking for focused monthly insights or deeper strategic partnership, I offer two clear ways to collaborate:
The Clarity Package – Perfect for strategic monthly check-ins and essay feedback.
The Momentum Package – Ideal for sustained, deeper strategic support.
Explore each package below to find your best fit.

This package is designed for creators looking to invest in a deeper, sustained partnership — moving beyond monthly clarity into strategic continuity and real publishing momentum.

FAQ
Where are the strategy sessions hosted? They’re hosted on Google Meet.
What will we talk about in our monthly strategy sessions? Generally, we’ll talk about the health of your publication and your storytelling plans for the upcoming month. You’re welcome to bring any data, audience or strategy questions to the call and we’ll explore them together.
Is anything included after the strategy sessions? Yes! Each session includes a recording of our video session + searchable transcript and notes for you to reference.
What kinds of feedback will I get on my essays? This will be more coaching and less line-editing feedback. I’ll be offering insights on audience resonance, opportunities to expand or connect threads to other parts of your story / publication, as well as online / Substack publishing best practices.
How will I receive my essay feedback? We’ll have a private space for you to share Google Doc links, which I find the best medium for providing comments, light edits and feedback. When my review is finished, you’ll receive a tagged Note inside the Google doc itself.
What Creators Say
I trust Amanda to capture my thinking and my voice. Her process is unique. At times it doesn't seem logical, but it delivers every time. I highly recommend Amanda for any writing project you have. — Barry Engelman, Executive Coach
Working with Amanda has profoundly changed my perspective on the editing process, which I previously considered secondary. Amanda possesses a remarkable talent for identifying the technical challenges that must be addressed to align a writer’s voice with their choice of words. Her empathy is one of her greatest strengths, enabling her to connect the dots and illuminate the most brilliant aspects of any work. — Swarnali Mukherjee, Author of Berkana
I knew Amanda was empathetic and perceptive. What I didn’t expect were all the strategies she had prepared to talk over with me! She offered ideas for marketing my writing that I wouldn’t have thought of—all of them well suited to me as an autistic person. And best of all, she framed this dimension of writing in terms of the heart. It has shifted my relationship to marketing. — Priscilla Stuckey, author of "Kissed by a Fox" and "Tamed by a Bear"
