I work with women in senior leadership, authorship or public-facing roles who have reached the top of their field — and are standing at a quieter, more complicated threshold.
You've built the career. You hold the authority. You know how to perform, deliver and lead at the highest levels.
But somewhere along the way, the cost became visible.
Underneath the performance of traditional success, something truer is asking to be heard — a deeper intelligence that doesn't respond to pressure, optimization or force.
This work is for women who are ready to lead from that place — and who need support as they learn to trust it.
Not because you lack capability, but because the transition from performance to presence requires witnessing, steadiness and someone who can read the patterns you can't yet see in yourself.
What this work is
This is integrated advisory work for women navigating threshold moments in leadership.
Not leadership in the narrow sense — titles, org charts, team management — but leadership as the way you use your authority, your voice and your presence across every domain of your professional life.
How you make decisions when the stakes are real.
How you speak when it matters.
How you position yourself publicly without performing.
How you navigate visibility, conflict, pivots and high-consequence moments without overriding your own knowing.
This work is relational, intuitive and bespoke. It's not a program. There are no modules, frameworks or content calendars.
I stay with you over time. I pay attention to what's emerging. I send resources when I sense you need them — an essay, a framework, a somatic practice, a question.
I hold patterns you can't see yet.
And I help you make grounded decisions in moments when clarity matters more than speed.
About my work
I'm Amanda Bray. I've spent nearly 20 years inside editorial systems, content operations and publication strategy — working with senior leaders, decision-makers and women building authority in public.
I'm also a certified meditation instructor with an active contemplative practice since 2013. This isn't decorative. It fundamentally shapes how I work: how I listen, where I look for signal and how I support women learning to lead from their bodies, not just their minds.
My work integrates strategic discernment and somatic intelligence. I can read systems, audiences and professional consequence with precision.
But I'm equally attuned to what's happening beneath the surface — the patterns in your body, the signal in your hesitation, the truth trying to come through before it has language.
I've worked with published authors, executives, consultants and creative leaders during moments when something essential was shifting. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear what you already know — and to support you as you act on it with steadiness and confidence.
What to expect
Intuitive Leadership Advisory is time-bounded, deeply relational and entirely responsive to your life.
Most engagements span 6 months to a year, depending on the nature of the threshold you're navigating and the level of integration required.
The work typically includes:
Two strategic conversations per month
We meet twice monthly to explore what's alive, what's shifting and what decisions need to be made. These aren't coaching sessions in the traditional sense — they're witnessing and discernment in real time.
Bespoke resources between sessions
I stay attuned to what's emerging in your life and send resources as I sense you need them. Sometimes it's an essay. Sometimes a framework. Sometimes a somatic practice or flashcards in the mail or even a single question. This is not pre-designed curriculum — it's responsiveness.
Pattern recognition across contexts
I pay attention to how you're moving through your professional life — not just what you're publishing, but how you're leading, speaking, deciding and showing up. I help you see patterns you're too close to recognize on your own.
Guidance in threshold moments
When you're standing at a decision point — a pivot, a public statement, a conflict, a moment of visibility — I'm available for responsive counsel. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you find your ground.
This work is limited by design. I work with a very small number of women at a time to ensure depth, presence and sustained attention.
The somatic dimension
Much of this work happens through the body, not around it.
I work with women who have been rewarded for living in their heads — for strategic thinking, quick execution and intellectual performance.
But the intelligence you're learning to trust now doesn't live there.
It lives in your body.
In sensation, hesitation, impulse, breath.
Part of my work is helping you learn the language of your own nervous system — so you can distinguish between fear and intuition, between resistance and boundary, between what your conditioning says and what your body knows.
This isn't therapy.
It's not somatic coaching in the traditional sense.
But it is embodied leadership development — learning to make decisions, use your voice and navigate consequence from a place of grounded presence rather than performance or reaction.
If you've been trained to override your body in service of productivity, this work will ask something different of you.
It will ask you to slow down enough to feel — and to trust what you feel as legitimate intelligence.
When this is the right fit
This work is most effective for women who:
Hold real responsibility — for a business, a body of work, a team, a professional reputation
Are navigating a threshold: a pivot, a repositioning, a quiet reckoning with how they want to lead going forward
Have outgrown borrowed frameworks and are ready to build their own relationship with authority
Are willing to slow down, pay attention and work relationally over time rather than seeking quick fixes or prescriptive advice
This is not a fit if you're looking for:
Tactical execution support or done-for-you services
Traditional business coaching or strategic planning
Prescribed frameworks, step-by-step programs or scalable solutions
Short-term consulting without relational depth
Availability & investment
Intuitive Leadership Advisory is offered selectively and limited by design.
Most engagements span 6 months to a year.
Investment is $2,000 per month, with an initial six-month commitment. After the initial term, we assess together whether to continue, adjust or conclude.
